During this session you will learn how to view your returns, identify the filing frequency and form being filed, and find important adjustments like prepayments, prior payments, and special taxes. At the conclusion of this presentation, you’ll be able to find the information you need to understand and approve your returns. Avalara CertCapture: This session will describe how to start a campaign in CertCapture to send a request for exemption certificates to multiple customers. Learn how to search for customers, understand the required fields and create a cover letter.
