Understanding and Tracking Usage and Transactions: Learn how to view transaction usage reports to get a quick snapshot of your usage in real time by using the transaction usage visualizer. This session will also review billable transactions. Avalara CertCapture: This session will describe how to start a campaign in CertCapture to send a request for exemption certificates to multiple customers. Learn how to search for customers, understand the required fields and create a cover letter.
