| About the Speakers Rhonda is a partner in the State and Local Tax Services Group of RubinBrown LLP. Rhonda consults with businesses on issues related to multistate income, franchise and indirect tax issues. This involves support on legislative, regulatory and controversy matters in multiple states. Rhonda's range of experience encompasses everything from state and home-rule city audit support, audit appeals, negotiation and litigation support, multistate planning, transactional analysis, refund reviews, taxability studies, voluntary disclosures, tax incentive analysis and tax credit studies. She has gained most of her 25+ years of experience with a Big Four Public Accounting Firm. Her experience spans the manufacturing, retail, technology, healthcare, service, software, mining and utility industries. David is a Manager in RubinBrown’s State and Local Tax Services Group. He has more than thirty seven years of tax experience, the majority of which as a SALT practice leader for a Fortune 500 Firm. David consults with businesses on issues related to multistate sales/use and property tax issues. This involves support on legislative, regulatory and controversy matters in multiple states. David’s range of experience encompasses everything from state and home-rule city audit support, audit appeals, negotiation and litigation support, multistate planning, transactional analysis, refund reviews, taxability studies, voluntary disclosures, tax incentive analysis, tax credit studies, and appraisal for property tax purposes. |
